Welcome
My journey in the saddle making business began in 1971 when I worked for a popular saddle company located out of Fort Collins, Colo. I initially made strap goods and then graduated to the repair shop. In the repair process, I had an opportunity to observe the construction of many fine, hand made saddles.
In the early 70s, dally team roping was becoming very popular so I was in charge of removing large, obsolete horns from saddles and then replacing them with dally horns. From there, I advanced to making association bronc and barrel saddles.
I have a vast knowledge of saddles and horses as they are both my love and passion. The saddles we make at our shop in Texas are totally handmade. All are hand cut from the finest Herman Oak Leather and have real sheepskin wool paired with the best trees that are available. We offer custom options in ranching, roping, cutting, cowhorse, reining and barrel saddles. Please call me with your specifications for a quote.
I am very grateful for my customers and my saddles are ridden by some of the best cowboys and cowgirls in the nation. It is an honor for me to cater to these top hands.
